Synopsis: An ancient symbol is misappropriated and used in a prominant ad campaign, causing people to behave in violent ways Production ... all » Notes: "The Messenger" was a finalist for the NYC Midnight Movie Making Madness Competition. We were assigned a genre and topic: Horror and "Someone is putting out ads that trigger horrible acts." We had two weeks to write, shoot, edit, & score the movie. As a finalist, we participated in the 24 hour competition where we had to go through the whole process from midnight Friday to midnight Saturday.
