Subject: YouTube problem: Letter to Hong Kong

Dear sir,

Please carefully review our problem and requirement to serve the right solution for us.

Problem:
Thailand government has banned YouTube.com since beginning of April 2007, by IP based blocking, Dropping packets to 208.65.153.251 or .253 (YouTube's addresses). So nobody in Thailand can access YouTube.com. As a film production company, we're using YouTube as our on-line show reel. We've uploaded almost 1,000 movies into YouTube website, which is only half way of the plan. We need to continue our uploading, as well as, to provide our target in Thailand to be accessable to YouTube.com.

Requirement:
We require a solution for the above. In our understanding, we may need oversea proxy server with enough bandwidth (says 10 mbps). This proxy server, with different URL, will piont to 208.65.153.251 or .253 (YouTube's addresses) with 100% interfacing. You can learn what we need by visit www.blockict.com , which is quite close to our requirement. The different is we need this proxy server to point directly to Youtube instead of filling URL, and we also need faster speed of page updating.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,
